Our plastic caps include Hot Fill, CSD and Aseptic Cap used for soft drinks and mineral water. Samhwa Crown & Closure developed and is supplying a one piece cap with an excellent seal and a plastic cap for beer oxygen absorption function.

These are vacumm bottle caps made of metal which make long-term preservation of food possible (3~5 years) without the use of artificial preservatives. They are safe because spoilage can be observed with the naked eye. The flute shape is convenient so that children or elderly people can open bottles easily.

Since sterilization and sealing are excellent, they are widely used for retort process at 120 degrees Celsius or above such as dairy products or coffee drinks. Their performance is proven internationally.

Because there is no limit in design, production of various shapes is possible. Samhwa Crown & Closure opened the safety cap market by developing CRC (Child Resistant Closure), the first bottle cap for child protection in Korea. We are also the leading injection cap market by developing the environmentally friendly Hinge Cap, which allows separate discharge from the bottle.
